Pervedere Sunglasses is a fresh addition to the field of fashion. The brand was inspired by the images, faces, and experiences that its creators absorbed while traveling on the Italian Riviera. Through landscapes bloomed into light and colors in the birthplace of style and fashion, Italy! This is how Pervedere sunglasses were born.

 

Accessories that give style to any moment of the day, while at the same time protecting from the sun with special UV400 filters, for sure sunglasses are a must-have fashion item for our daily life.

 

The whole concept and philosophy of the brand had to be fully captured in a functional eshop, easy to use, and, above all, modern. This is exactly what the 3ds team undertook - conceiving the original idea, creating the eshop, and at the same time promoting and advertising the products on a variety of digital channels and media. And it was more than successful!

The challenge

 

From the beginning, the pervedere.com brand was a special project being a business idea that was "born" within 3ds. Through coordinated and strategically structured actions, Pervedere's new venture in 2018 managed to differentiate itself from the competition. The new challenge, which appeared in 2021, concerned the renewal of its online store, to fully meet the new requirements and needs of the public consumer. Through the proper design of the entire corporate identity, the adaptation and synthesis of a modern digital environment in WordPress - WooCommerce to the SEO optimization, the placement, and promotion of the product in the market with a set of coordinated digital marketing actions.

 

Methodology

 

The strategy that was created included the redesign of the corporate environment, the definition of the consumer public as well as the ways of approaching it, the development of a comprehensive digital marketing plan, and finally the sales goal. All of the above aim at an updated functional and easy-to-use eshop, which will fully cover the needs and particularities of its audience and will accomplish the goal set based on the initial strategic planning.

 

Result

 

A modern and state-of-the-art online store has been created, which aims at the best user experience, always following the needs of the young audience to which it is addressed. New practices for its digital environment were successfully implemented, with complete optimization for mobile devices, enhancement of organic visits through SEO actions, and faster loading speed of each page. Additional settings and digital marketing tools were used for the first time. Among all, the collaboration of the departments' Design, Development, SEO, Copywriting & Digital Marketing contributed to the completion of an online store, which is now among the top in its field.

Design

 

A design was applied that meets all the specifications for a completely responsive experience, both on desktop and mobile devices, maintaining the balance between a fully structured and functional result.


The predominant basis for the design was the simple geometric lines and the clarity of the images. The careful selection of products that combine elegance and modern reference was rendered in pastel shades while the typography, in turn, follows the overall identity of the project in order to give a sense of light energy that diffuses in various parts of the eshop.


Our goal is for the online store architecture to be based on the latest UX (User Experience) and UI (User Interface) trends so that the user can have the best possible experience. In total, an online store was delivered, in which the visitor can browse and complete each of his orders immediately and easily.

 

Search Engine Optimization

 

The SEO department proceeded with e-shop optimization actions, first at the level of information structure and architecture of the eshop and then at the level of content. The departments of SEO and Design collaborated with the aim of the best possible user experience, something that will lead to the improvement of the quality metrics of the eshop and repeated visits. After extensive competition research, topics, and keywords, the long-term SEO & Content Marketing strategy was defined (writing texts, creating blog articles) with the aim of increasing organic visits.

 

Development

 

The main stage in the construction of this online store was to analyze in-depth its needs, in order to create a dynamic and attractive website with modern aesthetics and high performance. Particular emphasis was placed on the performance of the eshop in the mobile environment, as most visitors come from mobile devices. The implementation was chosen to be done in WordPress - WooCommerce, which offers a multitude of advantages and is currently at the top of the cms (content management system) options worldwide for online stores with requirements.


Search engine friendly with clear URLs, attractive design, and better UX, is the ideal proposition for better data viewing, filtering, and administrator navigation enhancements. For the needs of Pervedere, code optimization was performed for better performance and speed, while it is hosted on server infrastructures optimized for WordPress, which include LiteSpeed Web Server Commercial Edition, LiteSpeed Cache and PHP-fpm.

 

Digital Marketing

 

As part of the successful promotion to a larger audience, specific practices were implemented through a variety of channels, such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Viber Messaging. Also, the email marketing method through Mailchimp was included in the digital marketing strategy due to its immediacy and the possibility of maintaining a communication channel between the company and the user.


In addition, Criteo actions were launched for dynamic retargeting of visitors, greater content discovery through Taboola, but also video promotion within formatted articles in combination with Social Cards from the Project Agora platform, which is based on the logic of targeting specific audiences.
