Sales Account Manager
The selected candidate will undertake the management and development of customers, promoting the company's products and services.
The position requires very good knowledge of the internet, namely social media and digital marketing, as well as experience in sales and new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Creating new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks
- Creating positive relationships with customers
- Reporting on the status of accounts and transactions
- Providing timely solutions to customers when needed
- Monitoring sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales and annual forecasts)
- Providing solutions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities

Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in sales (advertising, internet or software)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of internet services
- Good knowledge of social media as well as Google Adwords and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of CRM and MS Office software (especially MS Excel)
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
